Connect Any Third Party RTK GNSS

The best way to connect is to ask your manyfacturer to implement our API into your RTK GNSS Firmware. You’ll have a more stable connection and better mining reward. You can get our API documentation here

To connect any third party RTK GNSS base station please follow the video or the instructions below;
  1.  Mount and secure the white antenna to your roof. For optimal mining performance please follow the checklist below:

    • Please take care of any safety precautions when installing the antenna on the roof to prevent any kind of injury.
    • Make sure the white antenna is fixed and cannot move once mounted
    • Pick a place to mount it where you’ll never have to move it
    • Your antenna mounting place should be clear of obstructions that can block the satellite view in all directions
    • Don’t place near obstacles that will block its view to the sky like trees or side of buildings
    • If there is no other option that a tree is blocking part of its view you can still place it but performance will be less.
    • Mount it within range of an entry point inside which allows you to lead the antenna cable to the base receiver inside.
  2. Go to your receivers Web Interface

    • Once in the interface set the following parameters
    • Make sure you have a stable and permanent internet connection
    • Make sure you have a stable power supply
    • Setup base over known coordinate and enter the coordinates in your base
    • Turn on all satellites and Frequencies (GPS, Glonass, Galileo, BeiDou, QZSS, SBAS, IRNSS etc)
    • Set data output to RTCM. (Preferably RTCM3.2)
    • Set antenna setup to; “antenna phase center”
    • Set antenna height to; “0”
    • Setup a TCP/IP connection and transmit correction data (RTCM)
    • You can find the TCP/IP parameters in your RTK Direct account
  3. Once parameters are set and connection is made wait until the light in your account turns green.

Build A Hotspot Miner

There are 2 ways to build a hotspot and connect to our network.

  1. API Connection into exsisting RTK GNSS
  2. Custom build with RTK Direct SDK package
